On March 3rd, a civilian airliner—Tigris Air Flight 4032—was struck from the sky as it approached Gaziantep. All lives aboard were lost. Evidence leaves no doubt: the missile came from Haurani forces, fired within a zone that NATO patrols to keep the peace. This was no accident. It was an attack, and it was an attack on our ally, Byzantaura.
Yesterday, in Brussels, NATO made its judgment. For only the second time in our history, the North Atlantic Council invoked Article 5. An attack on one is an attack on all. Tonight, I speak to you as your President to affirm: America will meet its obligations, and America will keep its word.

Degrade the Regime: break its command, its air defenses, and its elite units, so it cannot use chemical weapons again.
Defeat HaS: stop them from entrenching, deny them heavy weapons, and strike the leaders who drive their campaign of terror.
